VA IT Support · Contract Lifecycle Intelligence
$332M of VA end-user IT support work flows through T4NG, SEWP V, and GSA MAS task orders. Most never appear on a plain SAM.gov keyword feed. The Watch List tracks the contracts, the incumbents, the vehicles, and the recompete windows so BD and capture consultants can brief their small SDVOSB clients on what is coming 6 to 18 months out.

Who this is for
If you advise small SDVOSB IT services firms on federal business development, capture, or teaming, VATechAlerts standardizes the data layer underneath your work so you spend less time assembling and more time advising.
You are
External advisors, fractional BD providers, and agencies who run a capture process for small SDVOSB clients in federal IT services.
You advise
Certified veteran-owned firms targeting VA Vets First set-asides and Unrestricted task orders in end-user IT support.
Focus area
Service desk, help desk, desktop support, end-user computing, and IT operations for the Department of Veterans Affairs.
The problem we solve
Existing tools are priced for primes. You assemble vehicle context, incumbent footprints, and recompete windows by hand. The Watch List replaces that hour of work with a sourced deliverable.
What you receive
The founding cohort offer is a single sourced deliverable, not a subscription. Buy once, receive the Watch List within five business days, decide later whether the follow-on monthly refresh is worth $299. Both are standardized. Neither replaces your judgment.
Ten to fifteen VA help desk and end-user IT contracts tracked through their recompete cycles. Every row carries the incumbent, the vehicle path (T4NG, T4NG2, SPRUCE, ESOM, CEDAR, GSA MAS, or open market), the Period of Performance end date, the set-aside posture, who to approach now as a category, and a public source link.
One purchase delivers a PDF plus an editable spreadsheet within five business days, with an optional twenty-minute walkthrough on the data and the vehicle context.
Available after the first Watch List purchase. Quarterly refresh of all rows with new sources sought, draft RFPs, and award notices flagged. Interim signal alerts between refreshes when a tracked contract moves materially (option exercise, market research notice, sole-source posting).
You stay opted in month to month. Cancel any time. No contract.
Explicit exclusions
These are hard boundaries, not upsells. The product stays standardized because that is what keeps it reliable and affordable. The consulting judgment line stays with you.
How the Watch List is built
The pipeline runs against USAspending and SAM.gov primary records. Nothing in the Watch List comes from aggregators or private channels.
USAspending.gov for awarded contracts, obligations, and Period of Performance data. SAM.gov for active solicitations and Sources Sought.
Every row matches VA organization code (036), PSC codes DE01 and DE10, and a recompete window 6 to 18 months out from the current date.
Each row is verified against the originating notice before delivery. The source pull date is stamped on every row. Rows older than thirty days are flagged for refresh.
The Watch List ships within five business days of purchase as a PDF plus an editable spreadsheet. The optional twenty-minute walkthrough runs by Zoom.
Every row pulls from USAspending.gov (contract awards, obligations, POP dates) and SAM.gov (active solicitations and Sources Sought notices). Nothing in the Watch List is fabricated, inferred, or editorialized. Every entry carries a public source link a subscriber can verify in under a minute.
